SOCAPALM General Management has issued an urgent appeal for information following the disappearance of Mr. Emmanuel Houlsoro, a tractor driver at the Edea plantation. Mr. Houlsoro was reported missing on Sunday, February 15, 2026, after failing to return from a routine assignment.Meanwhile,Mr. Houlsoro was last seen during a bunch collection mission in Block 11D (Division 3).
