The Enterprises Upgrading Office has trained more consultants to assist companies in solving their specific problems

Curtains drop on Friday October 30 over a five day training workshop organized by the enterprises Upgrading Office (BMN). The workshop in Douala was organized to train over 40 trainers who will intern work with companies to enable them improve on their companies and their business plan. For five days the trainers who are also consultants gained skills on how to train companies on how to identify their specific problem, outlined their objectives and how to go about attaining their objectives.
During the closing ceremony on October 30, the Director of the National Upgrading Office madam Chantal Elombat Mbedey said BMN can’t work alone reason trained consultants to train companies so that all will be at the same level. She added that for five days the trainers/consultants were drilled on how to help companies identify their specific problems, draw up effective business plan so as to enable them meet up with the challenging market. Madam Chantal Elombat Mbedey added that they needed to train more consultants so that work will be effective on the field. She said before now very few consultants were available to train companies, but with the just ended training she was confident that more experts will be available to cover the entire country. She sounded off that the experts will equally assist companies in achieving their objectives both internally and externally and will equipped their staff with specific methodological tools to face the challenges in the business world.

According to Madam Elimbi Linda Tatabot one those who underwent the five day training, the modules handled during the training upgraded their skills on how to work with companies, she said they learnt new techniques on problem analysis and positive result oriented objectives By GINA ESONG
